We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead partnerships in the Indian education sector. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, educational institutions, and industry leaders.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian education landscape and have experience working with various partner types, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Educational Publishers, ICT Solution Providers, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and engagement in the education market.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Represent Adobe at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, and ICT players is essential.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
