Role:

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce strategies and building a culture of performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  1. Develop and manage annual manpower plans to align with business growth objectives.
  2. Design innovative strategies for talent attraction and retention, maximizing returns on human capital.
  3. Optimize hiring funnels and costs by leveraging social media, referrals, and modern recruitment tools.
  4. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including interviews, negotiations, and hiring closures.
  5. Design seamless Onboarding and Induction programs to embed new hires into the company culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
  1. Manage salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits to remain competitive and motivating.
  2. Oversee payroll computation, reimbursements, and payouts with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Ensure transparency and compliance in all compensation practices.
Employee Connect & Relations:
  1. Plan and execute employee engagement activities that reflect the organization's values and vision.
  2. Conduct surveys and sentiment analysis to measure employee satisfaction.
  3. Build open communication channels between management and employees.
  4. Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with fairness.
  5. Create and implement Reward and Recognition (R&R) programs to celebrate excellence.
Performance Management & Learning:
  1. Develop and execute a robust Performance Management System with measurable outcomes.
  2. Ensure timely performance reviews, feedback, and growth planning.
  3. Design and implement training and development programs to upskill employees.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  1. Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
  2. Anticipate and mitigate risks related to misconduct, disputes, or workplace issues.
  3. Develop policies that foster trust, safety, and compliance across the organization.
ERP & HRMIS Management:
  1. Lead the integration of HR processes with ERP systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Drive adoption of HRMIS tools, ensuring seamless data-driven decision-making.
  3. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee master records and files.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Manufacturing/Lighting industries.
  • Proven exposure to HRMIS/ERP implementation is a must.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Go-getter attitude with the ability to drive multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
