Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to join our team.

  • This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can build strong relationships with clients and convert prospects into customers by showcasing suitable residential properties that match their investment needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Converting leads generated by the Marketing team and self-leads through local activities, such as procuring relevant databases and conducting on-ground activities in corporates and clubs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking prospects on site visits and answering all relevant queries, liaising with developers or the PropTiger Developer Relations Team for any clarification required.
  • Ensuring compliance with operations processes and ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
  • Providing after-sales services and assisting customers with home loans.
