
Account Acquisition Specialist

The primary role of this position is to source incremental accounts from corporate clients and ensure their integration into the bank's portfolio. This involves effective communication with customers to complete documentation and application formalities, while adhering to strict Know Your Customer (KYC) norms.
To achieve this, the Account Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for explaining the benefits of the bank's products to customers and cross-selling additional products alongside new account openings. The ideal candidate will also need to meet productivity targets for salary account sourcing and cross-selling.
