Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving non-delivery incidents promptly, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

You will also be required to:

  • Utilize tracking systems and tools to monitor order status and identify potential delivery issues proactively.
  • Communicate with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues in real-time.
  • Provide proactive updates on non-delivery incidents, address concerns, and offer alternative solutions or compensation as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding non-delivery issues through various communication channels.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key qualifications include 2-3 years of relevant experience in same-day delivery and hyperlocal logistics, proficiency in using tracking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
