Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives for our 3PL services in Mumbai. The role demands expertise in business development, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will drive
brand awareness
, generate leads, create impactful proposals, and contribute to expanding our market presence in the logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in need of 3PL services across industries.
Generate and nurture leads through networking, market research, and digital platforms.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and profitability.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
Design and execute marketing strategies to promote 3PL services and enhance brand visibility.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns to showcase the companys expertise and capabilities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital content, and case studies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business development and marketing initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in business development and marketing, with expertise in logistics or 3PL services.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven ability to drive lead generation and manage the sales pipeline.
Expertise in crafting impactful proposals and delivering engaging presentations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Strong team collaboration and project management skills.
