Role Overview
We are looking for an
experienced business development leader

deep expertise in commercial interior projects and corporate fitouts
. The candidate must have strong relationships with
corporate real estate heads, PMCs, architects, leasing consultants, and key decision-makers
within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
High-Value Business Acquisition
Identify and secure
large-scale corporate interior projects
in Delhi NCR, focusing on
workspace design, fitouts, and commercial office solutions
.
Develop strong relationships with
real estate heads, facility managers, PMCs, leasing consultants, and architects
to generate high-value business opportunities.
Drive the complete
business development cycle
, from
lead generation to contract finalization and project execution
.
Strategic Lead Conversion and Client Engagement
Convert high-value leads into
structured, revenue-generating projects
through a
consultative sales approach
.
Develop and deliver
tailored proposals and presentations
to corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their workspace requirements.
Lead
negotiations and deal structuring
, securing long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.
Industry Positioning and Market Expansion
Represent TCW INTERIOR at
business networking events, commercial real estate forums, and high-profile industry gatherings
.
Build strategic alliances with
PMCs, leasing firms, real estate developers, and key stakeholders
to drive continuous project acquisition.
Monitor industry trends and
leverage emerging opportunities to expand TCW INTERIOR's footprint in Delhi NCR
.
Revenue Growth and Business Targets
Consistently meet and exceed
revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives
.
Ensure a
steady pipeline of high-value corporate interior projects
for TCW INTERIOR in Delhi NCR.
Work closely with
internal teams to optimize sales strategies, pricing models, and service offerings
.
Key Requirements
Minimum
10 to 15 years
of experience in
business development for commercial interior design, corporate fitouts, or workspace solutions
.
Strong
corporate network
with
decision-makers, real estate heads, PMCs, and commercial leasing firms
.
Proven track record of
securing and managing multi-crore corporate interior projects
.
Deep understanding of
workspace transformation, turnkey interiors, and commercial fitout execution
.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to
close large-scale contracts with top corporate clients
.
Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects while ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
A strategic thinker who can
drive revenue, establish market leadership, and position TCW INTERIOR as a premium brand in commercial interiors
