- Ability to think of Tech enabled solutions for day to day activities
- Dashboarding and Reporting - Extracting and publishing daily reports on key deliverables.
- Experience in preparing logistics performance reports, analyzing data, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and performing due diligence.
- Maintain up-to-date records of courier activities, generate reports on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and share insights with the central operations team.
- Day-to-day coordination with cross functional team to ensure on time deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years, experience in B2C logistics is preferred (last mile).
- Strong hand on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (finding the right data cuts to drive business metrics and create impact)
- Experience in using Clickpost and Unicommerce is an added advantage
