Job Description

You should apply if you have:

- A Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics management, or e-commerce operations, with a focus on non-delivery issue resolution.
- Experience in same-day delivery and Hyperlocal logistics operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- A detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using tracking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office applications.

- Lack of experience or interest in logistics, supply chain, or customer service operations.

What will you do

Non-Delivery Issue Resolution:

- Investigate and resolve non-delivery incidents promptly to minimize customer dissatisfaction and order delays.
- Analyze the root causes of non-delivery incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Order Tracking and Monitoring:

- Utilize tracking systems and tools to monitor order status in transit and identify potential delivery issues proactively.
- Communicate with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues in real-time.

Customer Communication:

- Provide proactive updates on non-delivery incidents, address concerns, and offer alternative solutions or compensation as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding non-delivery issues through various communication channels.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously review and optimize non-delivery resolution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze data related to non-delivery incidents, including root causes, resolution times, and customer feedback, to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to management.

Training and Education:

- Provide training and guidance to customer service representatives and other relevant teams on non-delivery resolution processes and best practices.
- Ensure awareness and adherence to company policies and procedures related to non-delivery management.

Vendor Management:

- Collaborate with logistics partners to address non-delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
- Negotiate service level agreements and performance metrics to ensure timely and reliable order delivery.

Work Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience, preferably in Same Day Delivery and Hyperlocal Logistics.

Working days: 6 days a week.
