Job Overview:

  • As a key member of the Kazam EV Tech Pvt Ltd team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage sales projects, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and stakeholders.
  • This role is crucial for driving sales initiatives, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of sales projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, sales teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status, address concerns, and align on next steps.

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, tracking progress against established timelines and objectives.
  • Generate and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting risks, issues, and proposed solutions.

Resource Alignment:

  • Support sales teams by aligning necessary resources and addressing project needs promptly to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing processes and workflows, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and communication among teams.
  • Implement best practices for project management to streamline operations and improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a sales coordination role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.

Education:
Bachelor's degree / master's in Business, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus
