Title: Sales Operations Program Manager

The Sales Ops Program Manager - Planning is a business-savvy individual with expertise in Sales Planning and Analytics. This role will coordinate with Sales management, IT, and finance to manage planning activities and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management, planning reports, and visualizations in Excel or Power BI. Working knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work with cross-functional teams to manage the planning cycle.
  • Develop and maintain planning reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate and manage timelines for planning deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Sales / Sales Ops Reporting and Analytics.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Sales Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and a master's degree in business management, economics.
