Lead Financial Risk Manager

The Role: Lead Financial Risk Manager

As a critical pillar of our risk management framework, you will evaluate and underwrite complex credit proposals for diverse supply chain finance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit appraisals of corporate anchors and their MSME partners.
  • Risk Assessment: Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Reports highlighting key risks, mitigants, and presenting recommendations.
  • Policy & Process: Assist in developing, implementing, and refining credit policies and underwriting frameworks.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor the health of allocated portfolios, track covenant compliance, and identify early warning signals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless deal structuring and documentation.
  • Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to inform credit decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-6 years of proven experience in SME credit underwriting and risk management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
