Job Title: Financial Risk Manager

The primary objective of this role is to safeguard the company's assets by implementing and maintaining effective internal control systems.

  • Establish, maintain and review a robust system of internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial records.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing controls and identify areas for improvement.

To accomplish this task, the successful candidate will need to possess in-depth knowledge of internal finance controls (IFC), payment control procedures, and SAP processes. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these processes to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.

In addition, the ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize SAP processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.

  • Analyze business requirements and develop process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and implement control procedures to address emerging risks and regulatory changes.

This key position plays a vital role in safeguarding company assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard company assets through effective internal control systems.
  • Implement and maintain robust IFCs and payment control procedures.
  • Oversee SAP process implementation and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial risk management, IFCs and SAP processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Certification in Internal Audit or Control.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and risk management software.
