Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives and other departments to find effective solutions to problems.
- Develop and document knowledge into valuable content for future reference.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of products and services to deliver expert support.
- Achieve or surpass performance targets through dedication and hard work.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is essential.
- Automotive repair, parts, and component knowledge is required.
- Technical or engineering background is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently is vital.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various customer personalities is essential.
- Teamwork skills for working with team members and other departments are necessary.
