Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to join our EdTech team. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting academic counselors throughout the admissions process. Your primary responsibility will be to manage initial student inquiries, coordinate counseling sessions, maintain records, and conduct follow-ups with prospective students.

About the Role
This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will work closely with academic counselors to ensure seamless coordination and support throughout the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage initial student inquiries and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate counseling sessions and prepare necessary materials
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and respond to inquiries

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in academic coordination, admissions support, or educational counseling is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
