Job Title: Export Executive

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Executive to join our team. As an Export Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating export files and bill of lading details in our system on a pan-India basis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update export files and bill of lading details in the LARA system across India.
  • Update remarks received from the intermodal team regarding import and export cleanup files.
  • Handle export invoice RFIs within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Respond to various queries from vendors, GBS teams, and customers.
  • Ensure timely provision of SDP and SDD code generation.
  • Follow up with vendors and GBS teams for outstanding bills payments to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors until issues are resolved.
  • C coordinate daily with the Mumbai intermodal team for freight order generation and COL updation on the LARA and LISA systems within TAT.
  • Prepare reports related to intermodal moves on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Regularly follow up on tasks.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports within deadlines.
  • Communicate immediately via message if any query arises.
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree is required.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hardworking individual.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
