Consultant Operations Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading our consulting and operations functions. This is a foundational leadership position where you'll oversee teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

The Consultant Operations Manager will lead our consulting services, providing expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits. You will also oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business growth.
  3. Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  4. Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
