Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate – COCE Trade Processing. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing Corporate Actions across global positions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will also have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Scrubbing & setup of Corporate Actions in operating systems.
  • Monitoring Corporate Actions across reliefs and identification of eligible global positions (Settled/Pending trades, SLAB).
  • Follow-up of events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems.
  • Manage election process for voluntary events with internal teams, compile aggregated instructions, and ensure proper receipt by custodians/agents.
  • Handle all Corporate Action types within the team's scope.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Adherence to compliance rules and mitigation of operational/reputational risks.
  • Prompt escalation of operational risks detected.
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments.
  • Informed management about potential issues or risks.
