Job Title: Factory Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Factory Operations Manager to oversee and manage our factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets and quality standards are met, while also supervising recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee factory operations to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Monitor productivity across all departments
  • Ensure compliance with quality risk management, labour laws, and other regulatory requirements
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain cordial relations

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably as a Factory Operations Manager or in a similar role
  • B.E. / B.Tech (Food Technology) degree
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
