Facilities Assistant

Facilities Assistant is responsible for the overall development, standardization and implementation of company-wide tools, policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and maximize Facilities productivity.

In this role you will:

Oversee, perform, and record all preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure proper performance and quality standards are met.Manage the implementation and enforcement of safety policies and procedures to ensure complianceOversee the planning of equipment and building maintenanceGather and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, organization or governmental regulations and construction feasibilityPlan,budget,and schedule facilities modifications including estimates, bids,contacts,and labor/material requirementsInspect the construction and installation to ensure compliance with established specification, space allocation, layout, and timetablesMaintain facility security systemsSubmit requisitions for expendituresInvestigate health and safety issues and work with Human Resources and Site Director of Operations to resolve such issues as air quality, pest control, and ergonomic requestsCoordinate with government inspectorsWe are looking for someone who has:

At least a Bachelors/College Degree. Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalentAt least 2 years working experience in related fieldExperience working in rotating shift including nights, weekends and holidays as requireAbility to communicate effectivelySchedule flexibilityAbout ResultsCX:
