  • Identify and qualify leads based on their needs and business objectives
  • Arrange effective meetings between our sales team and potential clients
  • Accurately record call logs and lead progress
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and conversion processes

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience working with diverse clients
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
