Project Coordinator/Scheduler Lead

Job Opportunity:
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is sought to manage and coordinate complex scheduling needs across teams or for executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily calendars for various subject matter experts and team members ensuring optimal time allocation and minimal conflicts.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events ensuring timely communication of schedule changes and professional delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange logistics and facilitate smooth workflow.
- Monitor and adjust calendar events as priorities shift while maintaining high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Report on key calendar events and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
