Project Coordinator/Scheduler Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and coordinate complex scheduling needs across teams or for executive leadership.
About the Role:- Manage daily calendars for various subject matter experts and consultants, along with team members from various back offices.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time allocation and minimal conflicts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange logistics (meeting rooms, video conferencing links, etc.).
- Monitor and adjust calendar events as priorities shift.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
- Report on the occurrence and length of key calendar events.
- Proven experience as a Project coordinator, Project management scheduler, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
