Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for all aspects of coordination, operations, and administration activity for the end-to-end hiring process.

The successful candidate will partner directly with recruiters and candidates to ensure all logistics related to interview scheduling and TA operations are managed professionally.

This position demands an outstanding ability to multitask, as well as superior organizational and time management skills. It requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism and can deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the interview process and calendar management activities to deliver an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including sending meeting invites via various platforms, booking conference/meeting rooms for both virtual and F2F interviews, and tracking updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage job postings process internally and externally, ensuring quality control of information displayed and brand image.
  • Conduct and assist recruiters on the team with background verification process/Managing requisition audits on ATS/Documentation/MIS reporting, maintaining ATS health, offer generation, post-interview feedback follow-ups, and taking ownership of complete client, stakeholder, and candidate experience management throughout the interview process.
  • Manage and maintain calendars and clear communication channels with different stakeholders across PAN-India, APAC regions, and time zones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential.
  • Prior experience in recruitment operations/administration, coordination, scheduling, document collection, background checks, and offer creation is necessary.
  • Maintaining multiple stakeholder calendars and high-volume interview scheduling requests requirements is desirable, experience scheduling high volumes of interviews (atleast 15+) per day.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage calendars across pan-India regions and other time zones flawlessly.
  • Good technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS-Teams, etc.).
  • A team player with responsibility, confidence, and attention to detail are crucial for this role as it involves client-facing interactions.
