Scheduling Expert

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Scheduling Expert to join our team.
About the Role:
- Analyze current scheduling systems, identify areas for improvement and propose optimization strategies.
- Stabilize existing scheduling platforms in preparation for migration, addressing integration challenges across multiple product teams.
- Execute structured migrations to new scheduling systems, including service transition and platform centralization.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases across environments.
- Evaluate environment readiness for production, minimizing business disruption.
- Act as primary liaison with vendors for regression testing, bug tracking, version validation and escalation.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to align migration activities and expectations.
- Document upgrade and simplification efforts, including analysis results, testing outcomes, issues identified and resolutions.
- Drive centralized scheduling setup for access by multiple product teams, ensuring ongoing system integrity and performance.
- Provide release assessment and advisory on version suitability based on known issues and business requirements.
