Job Overview

The Contracts Manager position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

This individual will be responsible for leading the contracts team, fostering a culture of precision and cross-functional collaboration, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Ensure contracts are accurately processed, and all stakeholders are informed throughout the lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage both contracts and invoicing teams, promoting high accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Process Excellence: Drive improvements in contract and invoicing workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in Finance, Contracts Management, Invoicing, or Revenue Assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
