Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contract manager to configure and maintain the contract lifecycle management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration processes and proven experience working with contract types, configuration keys, rules, security/user groups, and master data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and data mappings within the contract platform.
  • Modify and manage business rules, workflow logic, and access controls to align with business requirements.
  • Set up and maintain user roles, group permissions, and role-based access controls.
  • Manage and update data including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs.
  • Support integrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities.
  • Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
