Contract Negotiation and Management Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts for IT, ITES, and technology projects. This includes negotiating Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients and vendors.
  • Manage contract renewals and terminations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with contractual agreements.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in contract negotiation and management, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
  • Strong understanding of contractual law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and contract management software.
