Job Title: Senior Legal Executive

 

Job Description:

As a Senior Legal Executive, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts across various jurisdictions. Your expertise in contract law, data privacy, and commercial terms will ensure that our organization remains compliant with regulations while driving business growth.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract reviews and negotiations across US, UK, and EU jurisdictions
  • Providing legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms
  • Attending customer and vendor negotiation calls
  • Handling data privacy matters, including legal research and drafting privacy-related clauses
  • Reviewing contracts, internal documents, and policies specific to the India jurisdiction

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Law graduate with 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT/software industry
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and experience with related documentation
  • Knowledge about SaaS contracts is an added advantage
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage
