About the Position:

  • Fulfill accounting duties and create financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage all tax compliance and monitor agreements/bank guarantees
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for projects
  • Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and vendors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversight of the commercial team's performance
  • Monitor budgeting expenses
  • Risk management for commercial activities
  • Manage company payable and receivable
  • Supervise all branches of the company in terms of accounts and finance
  • Handle legal matters related to the company
  • Review and renew company agreements
  • Implement cost-cutting initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Finance
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as an Accounts and Finance Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Project management expertise
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Able to lead large teams and handle high volumes of communications
