Senior Marketing Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing vision, drive high-performing campaigns, and manage a talented team toward measurable growth.

As a Senior Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our company goals. You will oversee campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, and ensure ROI-positive growth.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles, strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Programmatic Advertising, and hands-on experience with tools like Adspect, BH Media Buying, and Asana.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead and mentor the SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Email Marketing, and Social Media teams
  • Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and other digital platforms
  • Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs to ensure ROI-positive growth
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams for cross-channel marketing success
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive edge

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and Programmatic Advertising
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Adspect, BH Media Buying, BH SEO, Klaviyo, Asana, Voluum/RT
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
