Director Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Global Operating Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality services for Finance and Accounting (F&A) across all service lines. This pivotal role serves as a single point of contact for any service delivery-related escalations management.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with operational teams, internal, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, transformation, and change management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring service delivery meets agreed-upon service levels.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust governance model with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading steering committee meetings and providing updates on changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Fostering team leadership, engagement, and motivation.
  • Reviewing and approving resource planning and staffing.
  • Educating clients and ensuring successful audits.
  • Expanding financial focus to include managing cost-to-serve ratios and driving profitability for service lines.
  • Applying data analytics and AI for decision-making and predictive performance optimization.

Additonal responsibilities include contract management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic vision execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience in senior global operations roles.
