Job Description:

Drive Conversations and Deliver Results as a Project Manager

  • Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables.
  • Develop project roadmaps, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks, promoting team alignment and accountability.
  • Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through analysis of feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in program or project management within tech consulting or product teams.
  • Proven expertise in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or product management is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
