Job Title: Associate Director

Our organization seeks an experienced Associate Director to lead a team of consultants in building and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in the customer service/technology domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, transformation, and program management. They should be well-versed in complex improvement/transformation projects and possess expertise in AI-enabled conversation bots.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field with 10+ years of experience in change management or transformation.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Exposure to drive complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/process re-engineering skills (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within all organizational levels to build collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent internal client-facing skills with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM (Organizational Change Management) certification preferred.
