Job Title: Ethics and Compliance Director

Description:

This is a pivotal role that involves leading internal investigations, ensuring POSH compliance, developing training programs, and reinforcing our corporate values.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal investigations into ethical violations, misconduct, or breaches of company policy, fostering a culture of integrity.
  • Manage POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, including case handling and committee coordination.
  • Develop and deliver ethics training across departments to promote a culture of transparency.
  • Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal values.
  • Maintain confidential reporting systems and protect against retaliation.

Key Functions:

  • Shape organizational culture by embedding ethical principles into decision-making and leadership practices.
  • Monitor compliance trends and proactively address emerging risks.
  • Advise senior leadership on ethical dilemmas and policy implications.
  • Support ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives through ethical oversight.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • A deep understanding of corporate governance, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • The ability to influence change and drive ethical behavior across all levels of the organization.

What We're Looking For:

A strong professional with 8+ years in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles, possessing a deep understanding of POSH regulations and excellent communication skills.
