The Bitsom-Bits School seeks an Executive Director of Enterprise Technology to oversee and ensure seamless operations of all academic, administrative, and enterprise IT applications at our campus.

This role involves driving efficiency, integration, security, and innovation in technology solutions that support faculty, staff, and students.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications (deployment, configuration, upgrades, integration, performance optimization).
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all academic and administrative applications.
  • Oversee issue resolution, incident management, and root cause analysis for application-related problems.

The ideal candidate will partner with academic leaders and administrative heads to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Management & Operations:
  • Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and vendor management.
  • Lead user adoption initiatives, including training and support.
  • Strategic Planning & Governance:
  • Define and execute the application roadmap in alignment with institutional digital transformation goals.
  • Establish governance standards, documentation, and compliance with IT policies.
  • Integration & Data Management:
  • Drive seamless integration of CRM, SIS, LMS, ERP, HRMS, and other systems.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and higher education regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in IT application management.
  • Expertise in managing Salesforce CRM, ERP (Finance & HR), SIS, LMS, Library Management, and related systems.
