Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment: Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Engaging Conversations: Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  • Reporting Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree from a reputable institution is highly desired.
  • Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Highly motivated, aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
