Job Title: Senior Data Support Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role that requires leadership and technical skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Support Operations Manager to join our team.

Role Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee the data support team, ensuring efficient data management, integrity, and security. This role involves coordinating with various departments to support data needs, optimizing data processes, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the data support team, assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
  • Manage data collection (Project, Locality & PG) and property verification across DL-NCR.
  • Oversee teams of FVEs (Field Verification Executives) and Photographers/feet on fleet off-role employees.
  • Identify and bridge gaps within requirements and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance adherence for self and team members.
  • Audit team work with attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable observing and improving team performance on-ground.
  • Implement strategies for best practices in data collection and verification.
  • Drive growth through achievements and a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have prior experience managing teams specific to data collection and verification.
  • Experience in KYC/document collection, verification, and auditing is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Presentable candidates with good communication skills will be prioritized.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, PPT, and Docs is necessary.
Education & Experience:
  • Any graduation or above is required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience is necessary.
