We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for resolving technical incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM ECC in OM, PA, Time, and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and integrate Global Issues, including India
  • Document configurations and business processes
  • Provide handholding support for uploads of MDF and other objects, form template changes
Requirements:
  • Implementation or support experience in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals Management, Compensation
  • Experience or knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Integrations with SuccessFactors, SAP, and other third-party systems
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM – Time Management and Payroll (India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
  • 4 years of work experience as a team player with good communication skills
  • Diploma/graduate/postgraduate degree from a recognized university
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams for custom requirements
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based HR systems and software development lifecycle
