We are focusing on APAC, where we have a strong foothold.

Early experiments and customer conversations have shown strong market pull.

Role Overview

You will work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth.

This role is part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier.

Your first project will be to run experiments across APAC markets for our new stablecoin initiative.

You will help shape early PMF and take on other strategic projects spanning fundraising, partnerships, and new product bets.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects
  • Run growth experiments across multiple APAC geographies to test adoption pathways
  • Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives
  • Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles
  • Strong generalist with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Exposure to fintech/crypto a plus, but not mandatory
  • Natural communicator and relationship-builder
