We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Premium Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire high-value customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including premium acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions.
