About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager Business Development to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a challenging and entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibilities and a promising career path.
Your typical day could involve:
- Leading/participating in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy and proposals, process improvement, competitive positioning, and pricing/commercial decisions
- Technical solutioning for business problems and building impactful client presentations and pitches using a consulting framework as part of the bid process
- Understanding client landscapes, existing engagements, and devising and executing cross-selling & upselling strategies
- Pitching and presenting Tiger's capabilities and proposals to clients to support the sales cycle
- Creating and owning different Point of View documents for industries, practice areas, along with case studies, white papers, and other sales collaterals to assist the team in pitch evangelism
- Assisting in prospecting with relevant market/company-specific research data
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 10+ years of experience in Analytics Delivery/Consulting/Pre-sales/Business Development
- Experience in growing existing accounts (farming & mining), specifically hunting within existing accounts (building account strategies, databases of whom/when/how to target and following through to signing) and being willing to be measured on sales metrics
- Industry experience/exposure to one or more of the following: Retail/Consumer Goods/eCommerce/Manufacturing
- Must have exposure to Analytics and AI/ML solutions
- Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned leads with a target-driven approach
- High-level solution architecting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with VP & C-level stakeholders from clients' businesses and internal remote teams to define advanced analytic solutions to business problems
- Ability to work with a global team, playing a lead role in communicating client business problem context to remote teams
- Strong research and analytical skills to understand industry trends and clients' businesses
- Ability to put together high-impact decks and presentations/Point of Views/Proposals/RFP responses
- Building, encouraging, and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. High levels of commitment, flexibility, and motivation to stay focused and win clients after reaching out to a large number of prospects.
- Drafting and reviewing various legal agreements on a best-efforts basis, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Vendor Agreements, Statement of Work/Work Orders (SOW/WO), Teaming Contracts, etc.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Owler, Crunchbase, etc., will be an advantage
- Should be able to learn and deliver results quickly
- Strong go-getter attitude and willingness to learn things on the job
- MBA/B.Tech from premier institutes
