Lead Delivery Team

About the Role

The Lead Delivery Team will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve assigned productivity and quality targets;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects;
  • Monitoring and addressing performance, behavior, and attendance issues;
  • Conducting regular performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback;
  • Providing subject matter expertise to team members and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to succeed;
  • Ensuring that all client-related training is completed and records are kept up-to-date;
  • Resolving escalated customer issues and implementing corrective actions;
  • Holding daily team briefings and communicating process and client changes to direct reports;
  • Serving as a single point of contact for team members and creating a harmonious work environment;
  • Escalating performance-related issues to Operations Managers in a timely manner;
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Operations Managers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Day-to-day functional supervision of work groups, including work assignment and attendance monitoring;
  • Selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group(s);
  • Employee separations handled in-line with company policies;
  • Strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills;
  • A minimum of 4.5 years of professional experience and 2 years of people management experience;
  • Proven multi-stakeholder management experience;
  • Strong project management experience;
  • Comfort working in a changing and high-growth environment;
  • Client management/relationship management skills;
  • Coaching/mentoring expertise;
  • Coordination and communication between support and business functions.
