Role & responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment delivery process, ensuring a structured and efficient mechanism within the recruitment team. Your role will focus on building strong delivery teams and maintaining robust delivery systems to meet client requirements effectively.

What a typical day at work would look like?

  • Reviews with a cadence with the delivery team.
  • Ensuring clients recruitment requests are met either directly or through Account managers.
  • GP generation from new hires.
  • Maintaining and Monitoring the productivity of recruiters.

Your Key Knowledge Areas shall be:-

  • Understanding the engineering industry/Automotive /Auto Industry highly preferred and social media hiring processes.
  • MIS reporting and recruitment metrics analysis.
  • Managing recruitment operations and team performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate.

Experience : 08+ years in relevant fields

  • Client Partners : Collaborate on delivery feasibility, timelines, and client escalations.
  • Business control & Innovation team : Share recruitment reports, ATS tools, and ABFS reports.
  • Sales & Strategic team : Discuss client quotations and rate cards.
  • ELM  & Invoicing team : Coordinate onboarding and offer letter rollouts.
