Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager
to lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-performance applications and SaaS-based product implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in
.NET
,
Azure
,
Microservices architecture
, and
SQL
, combined with a proven ability to manage cross-functional global teams and deliver complex projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery lifecycle of enterprise-grade solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
  • Manage multiple projects involving

    Azure cloud services
    ,
    Microservices
    , and
    SQL Server
    technologies
  • Drive successful
    SaaS product implementations
    , ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables
  • Establish and enforce delivery best practices, quality standards, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead and mentor
    globally distributed teams
    , ensuring alignment across time zones and cultures
  • Implement and adapt
    Agile
    ,
    Scrum
    , or
    Waterfall
    delivery models based on project and client needs
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset by tracking KPIs and implementing lessons learned
