Role and Responsibilities:

Delivery Manager Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Delivery Team Management

Objective: Lead and manage the recruitment delivery team to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources based on client demands, skillsets and priorities.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure timely fulfilment of open positions.
  • Mentor, train and guide recruiters and team leads to improve sourcing and closure rates.
  • Drive productivity by tracking individual recruiter KPIs and maintaining performance benchmarks.

2. Client SPOC Responsibilities

Objective: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients to ensure smooth communication and delivery alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients spocs to understand day to day operations
  • Provide regular updates, status reports and hiring forecasts.
  • Address escalations, feedback, or concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent delivery performance.

3. Reporting & Dashboard Management

Objective: Ensure transparency, data accuracy and strategic visibility through structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly delivery reports with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate dashboards showing position status, candidate pipeline, and fulfilment status.
  • Highlight delivery gaps, risks and improvement areas in review meetings.
  • Ensure timely data entry and updates in the recruitment tools and trackers.

4. Tool and System Updates

Objective: Ensure consistent and accurate use of internal recruitment tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor recruiter usage of ATS systems and ensure timely updates on job stages, candidate statuses and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the MIS team for tool-related issues or enhancements.
  • Train new team members on tool usage, features and best practices.
  • Ensure data hygiene and avoid duplication/errors in the system.

5. Periodical Performance Reviews

Objective: Review and analyze delivery team performance to drive improvements and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily, weekly performance reviews with recruiters and team leads.
  • Track KPIs such as closure ratio, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, etc.
  • Identify underperformers and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Lead monthly management reviews with insights and action items.
