Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sriperumbudur for a Delivery Manager. The Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end operations related to the delivery pipeline, ensure timely and quality deliveries, manage delivery teams, and address operational challenges. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The Delivery Manager will also coordinate effectively with other teams to support smooth operations and meet customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, monitor performance, and identify operational improvements
  • Expertise in Program Management and Consulting to ensure efficient execution of delivery processes
  • Exceptional Communication and Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to effectively solve problems, adapt to changing circumstances, and make decisions under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and familiarity with technology-driven operational systems
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage
