Proactive and client-focused Delivery Manager, primarily working within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with our clients, understanding their strategic needs, and ensuring the delivery of successful projects by collaborating closely with our internal teams to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the BFSI sector.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.

  • Identify opportunities for expanding services and solutions to meet client needs.

  • Project Delivery & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, delivery) to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed.

  • Monitor project progress, address any issues proactively, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Understand clients evolving needs and foster opportunities for account expansion.

  • Proactive Solutioning & Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present proactive proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating strategic value and innovative solutions.

  • Leverage industry insights to craft compelling proposals that align with clients' business objectives.

  • Team Collaboration & Development:

  • Work closely with technical teams, and other stakeholders to align efforts and deliver successful outcomes.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to enhance service quality.
  • Anticipate client challenges and proactively suggest new ideas, technologies, or process improvements to add value.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years Proven experience in client relationship management, delivery management within the BFSI domain.
  • Ability to lead large team in ODC set up , someone who has grown from technical developer role to this would be of high value
  • Demonstrated success in developing and presenting proactive proposals to clients.
  • In-depth understanding of BFSI industry dynamics, regulations, and technology trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
