About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data projects, spanning data engineering, data visualization, and analytics. The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities


•Own and manage the delivery of multiple data-focused projects from initiation to deployment.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, BI developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.


•Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.


•Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies (or hybrid delivery models as required).


•Oversee solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and data quality.


•Track and manage project budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.


•Drive stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigations.


•Ensure delivery of robust data pipelines, visualization dashboards, and actionable analytics insights.


•Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within project execution.


•Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience


•8+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 4+ years in data-related projects.


•Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across data engineering (ETL, data pipelines), BI/visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and advanced analytics.


•Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).


•Hands-on knowledge of data lifecycle management and data governance practices.


•Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor/partner relationships.


•Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.).


•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

•PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification(s).


•Exposure to AI/ML project delivery in addition to analytics.


•Prior experience in consulting or working with global teams.
