We're Hiring: Delivery Manager

Bocxy Technologies

Location: Royapettah, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Bocxy Technologies is seeking an experienced and proactive Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our IT projects. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality outcomes, manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive exceptional client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete delivery lifecycle of IT projects—ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

Coordinate seamlessly with Development, QA, Support, and Operations teams.

Act as the primary client contact, managing requirements, expectations, and escalations.

Plan and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects.

Track project progress, prepare status reports, and update stakeholders regularly.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Support pre-sales with technical and delivery insights when needed.

Ensure post-delivery documentation and feedback processes are completed.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.

5–7+ years of experience in IT project/delivery management.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and IT service delivery.

Exceptional client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ITIL.

Experience with SaaS products, enterprise solutions, or large-scale deployments.

Exposure to BFSI or government projects (added advantage).
